Property Policies
Lease Term: 12 Month leases offer the best pricing.
Some short term leases are now available for Winter Visitors.
Security Deposit: A Security Deposit is required. This deposit is refundable depending on condition of apartment at time of move out.
Utilities: All units are individually metered. Tenant is responsible for all
Electric, and Water bills.
Parking: A maximum of two (2) vehicles per apartment.
Occupancy: Two (2) persons per bedroom. Children over the age of 12 sharing a bedroom must be of the same sex.
Pets: Some cats and small dogs may be allowed on an individual basis – all pets must meet the requirements in the current pet policy.
NON-refundable Pet Fee is required.
